Your local authorised warranty agent, Thorn Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, are an MHIAA Authorised Warranty Agent. This means we can offer ongoing support and assistance long after your installation has been completed. For optimal performance all year round we recommend annual servicing of your air conditioning systems.

Ducted Services
Monthly services include the following:
- Check refrigerant charge
- Clean and check condenser coil
- Check condenser housing for rust
- Clean electrical enclosure
- Check condenser fan operation
- Check compressor operation
- Check all mounting bolts
- Clean return air filters
- Clean fresh air filters
- Check and clean evaporator coil
- Check indoor fan motor operation
- Check controller operation
- Check unit operation with customer
- Check air flow and temperature in each room
We will provide a full service report after each service. All equipment will be recorded in our asset management system. Any work carried out will be recorded against the asset and stored in the data base as history. This history is available to each tech when scheduled to the job providing them the information needed to carry out servicing or repairs.
Exclusions
This service does not include any breakdowns, repairs or parts that are not part of a routine service. The service is to be carried out in normal hours. (6:00am - 6:00pm week days). If there is a need for a call out or breakdown outside the normal hours extra fees will be charged.
